1) Market Research

Once you have signed a renewable 3-month property search agreement, we will prospect the whole market and contact our well-established real estate network. Then, we will select and visit the properties that fit your needs and expectations. Visiting reports fully supported by videos, photos and virtual tours will be posted on your customer area so that you can keep a track of your property search.
You will be in charge of selecting the property that you want to visit after visualising our visiting reports. Just log on to your customer area and ask us to arrange one or several visits at your convenience.
When you have found the right property, we will present your application for rental to the real estate company or to the private owner. Our agents will work on protecting your interests till you sign the lease agreement.
6) Move in
